A complete tool for user awareness training

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to use and it provided complete solution from testing to follow-up trainings. You can use each module individually or link them together as a program.
The ability to integrate to AD allows easy grouping to user by department, location, functions, or any custom data field. Contents gets regular updates, you will always find new template and training modules. You can run test daily, weekly, monthly to the whole enterprise or to selected group. And you can create targeted training for user who failed or a training for everyone.

What do you dislike?

There really nothing to dislike about the solution. Many other solutions doesn’t cover the wide ranges of the campaign capabilities. I would say an area of improvement is reporting capability, the data is there but a more robust reporting dashboard maybe helpful. Currently I have to download the data into csv and using spreadsheet and presentation slides to complete the report for the management teams.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Understand what your needs are as a whole program and the contents available.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Regular security awareness training, with history and record to follow-up. And a training module to pair up with the campaigns.
Most of the solution would only provide campaigns or training, Knowbe4 has all. In additional it can be set for user grouping which very helpful when sending out targeted campaigns with matching contents for users role and function.

Excellent Service – More than I Expected

What do you like best?

Excellent support getting started and good content. Their support staff has been completely helpful and friendly.

What do you dislike?

I haven’t found anything I dislike. Would be nice if I could assign a whole season of something like Inside Man instead of having to assign every episode.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

General security awareness for our office. Staff certainly is much more careful about phishing emails after the phishing training and simulations.

Teaching users to be vigilant

What do you like best?

The knowledge that has been passed on to our end users. Between the testing and awareness training. While they usually stop by to celebrate the victory of passing a test more often than not it isn’t a test that we’ve initiated rather a real phishing email.

What do you dislike?

My biggest downfall has been keeping users in the system up to date. we’re constantly growing and its been a missed resource to many times.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Security Awareness easily addressed along with accountability. Users need to know what types of threats they can fall victim to inside and outside of work. The majority don’t think before they click.

Awareness Training, Both Scale able and documented. Live Phishing tests. Its almost like practicing with the real thing so authentic results
